1. No Refunds

   • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

2. Punctuality

   • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss parts of the program and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

   • All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part.

   • If you have medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult your doctor before attending and inform organizers in advance.

4. Safety

   • Participation is at your own risk.

   • Please follow facilitator instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

5. Personal Belongings

   • The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

6. Weather Policy

   • As this is an outdoor event, the program may be rescheduled or relocated in the case of adverse weather. Tickets remain valid for the new date.

7. Photography & Media Consent

   • By attending, you consent to photography and videography. Media may be used for promotional purposes by Voyage Wellness and event partners.

8. Code of Conduct

   • Respect towards facilitators, participants, and the environment is expected at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
